Xylo-oligosaccharide is a functional polymerization sugar combined by 2-7 Xylose molecule and β (1-4) indican, has own distinct strongpoint compared with Lactulose, Malt-oligosaccharide, Oligo-fructose, Isomaltooligosaccharide and etc, is more popular as the new type polymerization.
1.Selectively promote esp. the proliferative activity of bifidobacterium. Xylo-oligosaccharide is the best among all polymerization sugar to help for the proliferative activity of bifidobacterium, about 20 times the function power of the others. Xylo-oligosaccharide is not absorbed by body but directly goes into the large intestine and is utilized by bifidobacterium first, shows great promotion for the proliferative activity of bifidobacterium.
